She didn't ever need to do that, her talent was more than enough to get her through. That's one thing about her, she can seriously sing. I just never quite got her going totally nuts with her image.

Aguilera is amazing, she is no Britney Spears, she writes her songs and has written top 10 hits for others, she has a fantastic voice, you should hear her sing gospel. She should not be dismissed.

I understand that celebrity gossip is stupid to begin with and her marriage has little to do with her art, but she is not some piece of fluff or some total fraud like Spears or Madonna. She will be around in 30 years, I am sure of it.
