Favorite new foods you've discovered recently
It could be from one of the food groups, or fast food, or snack food, or junk food or anything with calories that isn't alive when you eat it.

Mine is the Thomas' Toaster breads, YUM YUM, especially the english muffin one, yum.

1. Thai chicken sauce.
It's intended to go on (fried) chicken. There's no chicken in it.

I've used it on eggs, leftover roasted chicken, in cream cheese for a dip, mixed with peanut butter for a sauce, and as a spring-roll sauce.

4. Baby coconut.
Pour the juice into the blender, scoop out the meat, and blend into a milkshake -- nectar of the gods! :9

5. Raw spinach.
I haven't a clue. I won't touch the cooked stuff, just raw on sandwiches, salads, etc. Think my body is trying to tell me something?

7. Smoked spinach doesn't do it for me.

9. Tempeh Pad Thai
I had some at a restaurant in Provincetown last month and it was delicious. Of course my home-made version isn't nearly as good, but it's still pretty tasty.

11. French vanilla ice cream on top of a big brownie
Topped with crushed walnuts and M&Ms.

That's my latest buffet craze. I start the buffet meal with one and end it with another. The stares and yum-yums from other tables as I walk back to my seat are remarkable to the point I have to chuckle. What, you've never seen anyone who could swirl that high?
