in that and it took me a few moments to get over my being impressed that you made a soup sandwich.

Even without making it into a sandwich, sounds yummy! I love beef soup - every now and again it satisfies in a way that chicken soup doesn't.

I'll definitely take some of that apple crisp! YUM!!!!!

7. Meatloaf for me

I know it sounds pretty mundane, but I do make a killer meatloaf. When I come in off the road this time of year, my three kids all bug me to make some homemade stew, soup, or meatloaf.

All three work part or full-time in the restaurant business, and all they want is home cooking.


I'll take some apple crisp, please. With a big glass of cold skim milk. Thanks.
