I need suggestions,... please include your reasoning.

Karl Rove is already numero uno for the first bunch...

For his redistricting scheme alone, not to mention all the sculdugery surrounding indictments and potential fraud.

for even thinking that New Orleans should not be rebuilt.

Bernard GOldberg comes to mind. His book on the 100 people who are hurting America is certainly food for the cock roaches.
