My job is going to drive me insane
Yea, I bitch about my job too much. My company is laying off "consolidating", and they seem to be getting rid of long term employees. Just when I think it's secure someone says something to send me into a tail spin. Most of this is all just rumor but it still sends me into a near panic attack.

please bear with me for venting about this every now and then.

1. Vent away, friend.
Rumors can be insufferable, and a workplace always seems to have someone who will "helpfully" pass on the gossip. :grr:

Hang in there, and ask for support whenever you need it.

2. do not panic!
Perhaps you need to take your hitchhiker's guide to work. It has that helpful reminder that we all need.
It has not happened yet, you are still untouched and alive.
