I just received it today in mail for my soon to be birthday.

Just not the holidays without watching these three shows.

2. A Charlie Brown Christmas is my favorite of the three.

It is NOT Christmas without seeing that show!

I missed the Great Pumpkin, was it on TV this year?

5. Yep. It was on the week before Halloween.

It's really not the same as watching it when I was a kid. It was on CBS in those days, and just seeing the "CBS Special Presentation" opening was so exciting! I miss the old Dolly Madison commercials too.

We have lots of holiday specials on DVD, but in a way, it's almost wrong to have them. My children will never have quite the same feeling about the holiday specials that I do, because they can watch them as many times as they want to. When I was a child, the specials were really special.

6. Yes, I agree. It is nice to own the DVDs but waiting for the specials

to be on TV was exciting.

I just loved the Great Pumpkin one, the whole holiday season kicked off with this.

Also I believe the Wizard of Oz usually came on to.

The kids are spending this month watching the Thanksgiving one; after T-giving, they'll be clamoring for the Christmas one!
