apparently she decided it was time to get off the phone and what I was saying wasn't interesting anymore. God I swear. I think I was switched at birth. Is my mom the rudest person on the planet or what?

I'd rather just hang up when she does it. She'll learn. I'll start hanging up when she does it. Why do I do this to myself?

3. My mom used to hang up on me all the time.

I would call her (she lives 1,000 away) and say "hi, its me!" Then she'd say something like " WHO IS THIS?" Or I'd hear her talking to someone else saying something like "I don't know who the hell this is" and she'd hang up. One time I called her and after talking to her for about 10 minutes she says "who is this?" When I told her she said "oh, I thought you were ....."(my cousin). Geez. Now that she is very frail and sickly she doesn't seem to have a problem identifying me and she hasn't hung up on me anymore!
