he was lead Guitar from '69-'74
probably technically the best guitarist to play in the stones

and Ian Stewart, who was never listed as a member but as "road manager", but was a founding member and played piano on many of their records

5. I like the band then and now
but it's hard to keep track of all those guys. Incidentally I've always wondered if the Stones ever did a Christmas album. I think even the Beatles had an Xmas number.
