Anyone know anything about TrimSpa?
You know - that weight loss formula that supposedly helped Anna Nicole Smith lose weight?

I need to lose 15 pounds by tomorrow.

OK, not really by tomorrow, but I can't seem to lose this 15 pounds I gained from quitting smoking in January! Just wondering if something like TrimSpa would help...

1. I'd be wary of those kinds of things...
I knew someone who took them, it just made her heart race like mad and she felt sick all the time.

2. When Anna Nicole took it, it had ephedra in it.
They banned ephedra, but they may have lifted the ban!

3. I have taken it
and had no adverse side effects, but I can't say I really saw any results from it either, I took it when it had no ephedra in it.
I hate to say it but Ephedra was probably the ingredient in diet pills that made them work, when they took it out (which they should have) they lost their effectiveness.

4. Don't waste your money
(cause TrimSpa is pricey). I've had better luck with green tea diet capsules (there are different brands -- but they're essentially the same). And they cost less. The only pill I've found that actually decreases (a little) appetite.
And they don't make you anxious or unable to sleep.
I've lost 20 lbs. on WeightWatchers but the green tea capsules have helped me stay on my daily points.
You can find them at drugstores, Target, and grocery stores.
