I want to annihilate the Microsoft Assistant
I had a search window open, and while it was searching, I was doing other stuff.

I kept hearing this "kiss" sound every couple of minutes and could not figure out what it was...

It was the bleepin blargen Microsoft Assistant!

:grr:

14. He is? He usually falls asleep on me.
I hit "animate" on him every so often or move him from one side of the screen to the other. I have never used Word when I had sound though. I probably would disable his voice. I had a heck of a time wrestling with word, until I turned off all of the automatic "corrections". Which may be why I never get an interview - because my resume does not look right.
I use outlook express for all of my word processing anyway.

10. Good!
You feel no pain. That's the nice things about meds. Sometimes they make you forget everything.

17. He should be slaughtered
At least in the Mac versions. I don't need to see that punk. He always shows up when I'm trying to write some new weird macro on Excel. I know I'm screwing up it's not like he has to tell me.
