1. Philly
I am torn, the person I am up against in FF this week has mostly Philly players with two Dallas players...and I am short a lot of points this week.

3. I'm torn as well
As a steelers fan I should not cheer Philly, but at the same time I've disliked T.O. for a long time. Since Philly said F* off to him they have gained much respect in my mind.

Guess McNabb can have his surgery now. Psst - there's a reason they call it RUNNING the clock out. You don't attempt a 15 yard pass on 3rd down when you're up 6 points!

18. Your team deserved to win
That was the right strategy tonight and it damn near paid off. Philly had 35 rushing attempts which is basically twice as many as average. Also a good job of splitting carries between Westbrook and Lamar Gordon. If the Eagles had played like this all year they would have at least one or two more wins.

It was hardly concealed that I posted after the game. That's why I threw in the late miraculous comeback deal, to make it even more obvious. Someone was destined to bump this thread given the Dallas comeback so it might as well be me.

19. Yeah it definitely sucked...
The sad part is, Dallas didn't even seem to celebrate or anything...they couldn't even believe they won.

It's very unfortunate, and most of all I'm so sick and tired of seeing McNabb single-handedly blow games. It's bad when your 3rd stringer QB does better than your starter. I just can't understand why, with 2 minutes left and you're up 6 points, he throws like that.

Horrible - and embarassing. I'd rather be completely blown out than lose like this.

That was awful. Reid will NEVER get a killer instinct. I never thought he was a genius, and he gets much of the blame. Yes, they ran well, and that was good. But you also have to be less predictable. And McNabb has really regressed this year. He's making decisions that rookies make - and often. I say let McNabb heal now that they are 4-5.

I'll still watch the team as unlike what some say, good Philly fans stick with their team. But I'm VERY disappointed.

21. Offense backed off at the half...
And I totally agree on McNabb - repeated and stupid, stupid rookie mistakes.

I would have pulled McNabb out after the third game of the season. Maybe NOW we can actually admit he's hurting us far more than he's helping. I'm so goddamned sick of everyone on the team doing their job and always McNabb ends up making a horrible decision that blows the game for us.

I'll still keep my avatar because as a TEAM, we're still excellent. It's McNabb who needs to get his surgery and stay out.

gotten the surgery right after his sports hernia. Some doctors can do that operation fairly quickly. In the long run, maybe the Eagles could have made a charge. And if they didn't, well, I'm willing to wait until they re-tool for another great season next year.

McNabb seemed to be feeling ok tonight, but he's not right mentally, as we saw. And not 100% physically. Now, he might be hurt worse.

Well, I'm going to bed. It just isn't in the cards for our team this year. :hi:
