5. Thoroughly.
Okay, this is a great recipe if I do say so myself.

Dredge them in flour with a little salt, pepper.
Cook in oil until browned.
Toss in one can of crushed/chopped tomatoes.
Let it cook for as long as you can, but at least until the chicken is cooked.
Add shredded fresh basil.

Serve over linguine with feta.

Food for the Gods.

13. It really is delicious. I made it one night because I
couldn't think of anything to serve that we hadn't eaten a thousand times and the kids and my husband loved it.

I have also served it for company. Easy, tasty.

10. Marinate them for 30 minutes in two parts oyster sauce, one part soy sauce
Then stir-fry in a wok vegetable oil until the chicken is cooked through; push to one side.

Crack 2 eggs into a cup, then slide into the empty part of the wok.

Break the yolks, stir lightly. When the egg is almost set, mix it in with the chicken, and push again to the side

Add 1 pound cooked (if they don't come ready to stir-fry) fresh wide rice noodles, cut into long thin strips. If you can't find those, get the widest dry rice noodles you can find, boil according to the package, drain thoroughly before stir-frying.

Stir-fry the noodles (add a little more oil if need be); add a generous splash of dark soy sauce (for color).

Add 2 cups broccoli florets and stir-fry everything together, and add approximately 1 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, a few grinds of white or black pepper.

Serve when broccoli is as done as you like.
