Rick Santorum alone gives just about everyone a run for the crappiest Senator title. But I do admit I don't know much about Bond and Talent. Maybe I just see Lil' Ricky as crappiest since he gets a lot of national attention. And Specter is relatively okay...sometimes...which affects the balance.

Why can't we be from nice states, Senator-wise, like California or Massachusetts? Or why can't our states have Senators like that?!

In my whole lifetime, I've only ever been represented by one Democrat Senator...Harris Wofford and he couldn't even win a normal election against Santorum.

He was our U.S. Rep. and did just about nothing for the area. My dad spent a plane ride sitting next to him (when he was U.S. Rep. and wasn't impressed. My dad was in social work at the time and when Ridge asked him what he did and my dad told me Ridge actually said, "We don't do much for you guys, do we?" Quite open for a Republican, eh? Regardless, silly of me to forget him...but quite nice on the other hand.
