Cat Challenge describe your cats as best as you can without posting a pic
Edited on Mon Nov-14-05 12:22 AM by DanCa
Here's mine. First up is Tsonga the feline blur. She's a bundle of energy from time up to nap. Really finicky eater, wont eat dry food or chunky like cat food. Shes a dark tortoise shell cat with fur ranging from black to dark brown to tan. She hates alot of commotion.

Next we have Kimual the wonder lump. Or as my old man calls him the door stop. Kimaul just dont care. Allthough the same age as his sis hes twice the size and loves to eat all day. Kimauls my lap kitty. Her color matches the other female. Oh one more thing kimaul wont let anyone but me near him . He spits at strangers and likes to nibble on my thumb.

1. got two of them
the first is mia, who is half-siamese and half-(dilute) calico. basically, she's a calico with bluepoint siamese coloring. she's very timid, any loud noise sends her scurrying for the bedrooms. she is very feminine, and she has the prettiest light blue eyes, her siamese coming out. she'll only eat dry food, nothing else, she's very picky....and her fur is the softest i've ever felt on a cat, sort of like rabbit fur.

then there's ninja, the newest addition. he's all boy, fearless, not afraid of anything, with the longest claws ever. his fur is black with some white tipping, also white in his ears, on his throat, and his tummy has a white patch. his cutest little trick is sleeping on his back, splayed out. he eats like there's no tomorrow, and isn't finicky.

those are my furbabies!

5. Pretty Easy:
Tessa: Classic sealpoint Siamese (not a Modern or Applehead)

Thomas: Blue/white bicolor Maine Coon

Stewart: Black smoke Maine Coon

Fanny: Tricolor black/orange/white Maine Coon

Alice and Amelia: Patched tabby (calico) Maine Coons

All adorable, loveable, affectionate and cute. Alice taught herself to play 'fetch' like a dog. Thomas lives to have his belly petted and to groom other cats. Tessa LOVES humans and cats, is part Velcro and is adored by all the younger cats. Fanny has a very sweet and gentle temper, like Thomas, and she follows Tessa around. Amelia likes to pretend she's a wild cat. Stewart is my big black hairy lap rug and keeps me safe in the bathroom.

7. My little boy ...
Also known as "Lillo Boy". His real name is Satchmo and he's a ruddy Abyssinian. He's mostly brown with a "made-up" face -- eyeliner, lipliner ... everything is accented. He's very long and lean. Every muscle shows. He has very big ears and a long tail.

He's all boy! He likes to bring little snakes and lizards inside that have been unfortunate enough to wander into the screen enclosure. He runs with his back arched, so we also call him, "Monkey Boy".

8. A brown patch tabby
Or a calico tabby.

Beautiful face, weird coat. Giant green eyes (either that, or a relatively small face)

Tabby colors (black, white and orange). White stockings and chest, white patch between the eyes. Weird mackeral marking on a calico body.

Strangers refer to her as a calico, but we think of her as a tabby because of the distinctive "eye makeup" and "forehead M" tabby facial markings.
