A lot of prostitutes and johns have been busted there. Nasty, filthy, slimey don't even BEGIN to describe it. I used to live with a friend of mine and her family in Eugene, and her husband was a retired cop. I got to know lots of the cops and sheriff's officers there, and they told us some stories that just made your hair curl, and NOT in a good way!
