"My son is proud to serve in President Bush's military"
The latest bumper sticker I saw.

Yes, his military. It belongs to him, as his personal playtoy, his GL Joe set to do whatever he wants with it.

2. I was proud to serve my country too.
I always thought it was OUR military and the President served as commander in chief. 3 more years and we will have a competent and respectable CIC again (I hope!)
