I'd sell not buckets of beer, but handbaskets of them.

Every night, for happy hour, I'd turn the a/c way down and sell drinks 2 for 1, calling it the "Hell Freezes Over" special.

I'd ask my female staff to wear little red horns on their head. Of course, my security staff would as well for when the intoxicated patrons ask the ever-so-witty question to the female staff if they're "horny"

27. I had an idea years ago for a gimmick bar

called The E.R. All the servers would be dressed in scrubs, and it'd have drinks with names like "Defibrillator" and they'd be brought to tables on I.V. stands. Stuff like that.

The only thing is, gimmicks wear off pretty quickly and people start going elsewhere for libations.
