Arial or Helvetica?
"Once there was a typeface called Helvetica.

It was extremely popular.

Later came a software company called Microsoft.

They “borrowed” Helvetica for their operating system and called it Arial.

This inferior typeface is now on millions of desktops all over the world.

Can you tell the difference between the original and the rip-off
in these ten examples?"

10. me too
I don't know what it is about the Trebuchet, but I'm fond of it too. Maybe it's just the association with a machine that can hurl pianos :D

11. Haha, that certainly adds to its attractiveness...
I only like it as regular type though. Don't think I'd use it in graphic design (which is where Helvetica really shines).

5. Helvetica rulez!
But I'm also fond of Verdana and Lucida Grande for web design... ooo, and sometimes Georgia.

I heart fonts.
