Chicken gizzards.......Yummmmmm!

I just got me some tonight. Not bad at all. Not as salty as KFC's but still too chewy for my tastes.

Gizzards have got to be pressure cooked. No way around it. The ones I just had were tasty but my jaw still aches from chewing all that.
