By God, I love libraries that are on line!
There's nothing like going on line, searching through the catalog for what I need (and my library is connected with 20+ other ones), marking it, and then the people at the library run around grabbing the items and they email me when my order is ready and I just walk in and pick it up.

Fucking BRILLIANT!

I've dug up half my family tree by calling them to send me obituaries!

Even better are the State Historical Societies that will do the same thing!

3. What made my life easier today
was the ability to call up an entire journal article online through our college library's subscription service. I didn't have to go to the library, search the stacks for the journal, and then spend 20 minutes at the copier.
