Man glued to toilet seat sues staff

A US store is being sued by a man who claims staff ignored his cries for help after he was glued to a toilet.

Bob Dougherty, 57, of Nederland, said he felt "tremendous panic" after falling prey to the prank in a Colorado Home Depot store.

The lawsuit claims Dougherty was left helpless after the manager believed his calls were a "hoax". Finally, paramedics were called and Dougherty was wheeled out of the store on the toilet feeling "frightened and humiliated". The seat separated from his skin, leaving abrasions.

and hell, he was at a home depot.. i would have grabbed a new seat first and installed it before going
