Two moans and you're out, says employer

A German woman has launched a campaign to stop people whining, threatening her firm's employees with the sack if they complained.

Ramona Wonneberger, 42, of Leipzig, introduced a "two moans and you're out" policy to clamp down on "negative energy".

"Unfortunately, Germans are the world's most inveterate whingers and bellyachers," she said.

Wonneberger took her employees to a comedy show and later placed a clause in their contracts stating "moaning and whingeing is forbidden ... except when accompanied with a constructive suggestion on to how to improve the situation".

5. Do you get many moans of pleasure in your place of work?
They're pretty few and far between in my place. If they sacked people for grousing or whingeing, on the other hand, there'd be precious few people left. Moaning seems to be a way of life where I work.

Guess it's a case of it's not the taking part, it's the whingeing. :hide:

(there's a more appropriate word, but the unintended double-entendre would get this post removed...! :wow: )

4. And don't you have to moan to say her name?
Ramona Wonneberger, 42

So if you call her twice, it's the pits?

7. Wonder whether surreptitiously altering a contract will get her fired?
Sounds as though something is missing in the story.

8. I actually like this idea
Too many people at my place of work are big complainers. I like to come in and work and have a good attitude and then go home and not let work bother me. Too many people seem to take that stuff home with them and are always negative.
