1. I thought surgery CAUSED Republicanism, ...
... lobotomies to be specific.

11. I agree...
As the ONLY Democrat in my ENTIRE family, I think a good education certainly does the trick...I like to consider myself the most educated person in my family...

4. I wouldn't go that far.
But I would have a serious problem with it.

:scared:

I hope I never have to find out how I would respond.

5. What operation would that be? An evilectomy?
Where do you go to get it? Probably Mass. General or another fine hospital firmly ensconced in a Blue state... maybe Canada?

9. I think I would
take him/her down to Dr. Bill's Pet Infirmary and have them put to sleep.

But, no danger of that with my brood.

I'm against it.

A heart transplant AND a brain transplant.

13. Yes, get that clue reinserted, stat!
Luckily, it's easy to see when someone doesn't have a clue, or has lost theirs. Remember, with research there is hope!

14. So Republicanism is caused by cluectomy?
Edited on Fri Nov-04-05 03:12 PM by Jackpine Radical
Makes sense.

Jewish baby boys get circumcisions; fundy infants get cluectomies.

15. Yes, just have to find where they dropped it and stick it back in there.
Wear gloves. Sadly, sometimes professional assistance is required.

16. My kid had surgery. Lot's of surgeries.
It wasn't fun. These were among the most painful things I ever experienced, having to subject him to those.

Fortunately he has shown no signs of Republicanism though, meaning that his condition was not all that serious. Probably I wouldn't force him to do anything, since an outbreak of Republicanism in my family would probably kill me.

17. Fortunately, craniorectumectomy does not require surgery.
Outpatient visit, not covered by any health insurance. Procedure requires lots of lube & a skilled practitioner. In the case of severe headupass syndrome, a team of practitioners may be needed.

Counseling is the preferred after-care, both for the parent & child. The parent for not seeing the signs & the child for being in such a dark place.
