My neighbour just fucking rules

She works at the local pub, and her hubby is cool too. They're in their 40s and have such a young outlook. They are so nice that for a little while I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. But there is no other shoe. I was at the pub earlier just hanging out and yakking with her, and the stories and what not she has are great. Plus the easy going atitude of, "whatever" is worth it's weight in gold.
Plus, she always tries to hook me up with girls at the bar
