how is the next phase of the project coming? Most folks I know have done it in fits and starts (with huge guilt complexes during the pauses - but not to worry - they always get it done!)

I'm going to make it. I have just taken time since my comps to get to know my family and kid again. And to remember what sleep felt like. :D

16. my prediction

(based on watching the pattern) - when the time is right - one to three month "binge" of doing almost nothing else... when the binge (of writing/work) is over you will be 89% done - just left for advisors readings and some maddening rewrites and edits due to their readings. In otherwords- prepare for a period as nutty as comps - but it will be relatively brief but very intense - and the last leg will be at a much more relaxed pace.

Great thing, that getting to know your family again :D
