4. That can't be true

if it were true then God would clearly have made chinese take out menus uniform so that no matter where he goes he can say "L17" and get the Kung Pao chicken (for instance). Plus he would have made the owners put the white dope smoking flunky delivery guy on the phone not the woman who only understands the lunchtime codes.
