I've got to stop reading the newspaper.
I start every day by reading one or two newspapers and once I'm finished the anger is just seething in me - not the best state of mind to take with me to school.
It must be raising merry hell with my blood pressure and since I'm already over-weight, drink 3-4 cups of coffee a day and smoke like a chimney I don't need any higher blood pressure.

Any one else just feel like stopping reading the newspaper or watching the news just because it makes you so angry?

1. Is it the news itself that angers you
or the way it's presented by the newspapers you read?
