I have some sort of a nerve spasm and it sucks
Every 2 or 3 minutes I have what I think is some sort of a nerve spasm on the back right side of my head. It's been going for a couple of hours now :( Did I mention it sucks?

It lasts about a second and during that time my right eyelid closes which is really funny. I guess it is some sort of reaction to the pain

Had this ever happened to you? Should I go see a doctor?

1. I'd call the doc in the morning...
worse thing he'd probably want to do is a CT or MRI of your brain to rule out anything.

I get a little twinge on my frontal left side and nothing was there OTHER than my brain :)

Good luck and call the doc!

2. Try a double dose of regular multivitamins. Sometimes these spasms
are a vitamin deficiency; calcium and vitamin K the primary culprits.

See if a double dose of a multivitamin settles it down within a couple hours. If not, give that doc a call.

Would a ultra mega vitamin work too? I noticed mine started after I started becoming lazy on taking mine.

Gonna have to try that now. Thanks :)

7. Vitamins are vitamins, take what you take and if a spasm starts, double it
up for a couple days, then settle back in.

Then examine your diet for what's lacking. We shouldn't have to rely on pills, we should be able to get the nutrients we need from a good, healthy, balanced diet.

Also, water, water, water... mild dehydration can also cause spasms and twitches. You'd be surprised at how many of us are dehydrated on a chronic, daily basis due to reliance on fizzy, cola sugary, chemical drinks instead of water and natural juices.

Good luck, hope it turns out well!!!!

5. I've had an irregular spasm in my left leg/midsection for 2 years.
Nothing they can do.

And anxiety makes it worse (muscles contract during anxiety episodes is my guess, the MRI showed everything in there is already fucked up royally...)

6. welcome to my world
I have parksons i get tremors like that all the time. I think you might have pulled a siatica nerve or something. What i would do is I would take a hot bath, as hot as you can stand and see if it helps. If your not feeling better by tomarrow definetly go to the doctor.
