The Great Lakes DU meetup is coming!

This will be a potluck and chili cook-off. I'm bringing my Hannibal Lechter's chili. Anyone else who wantys to bring chili, or if you'd rather bring another dish, feel free to sign up here and say what you're planning to bring.

Which sucks many gallons of asswater - I was really looking forward to it, but the subsequent engagement that arose is one that I cannot decline. But as I promised to bring dessert, I will be sending a cake (from scratch, naturally) along with Hedges or the Beasties.

I want to but I might have a recording session here at the house. If it weren't for the need of making cash, I would have kept that date open but at this time I have to get what I can get.
