Here we are at the start of another week! I hope everyone had a great weekend! Our new Regional Manager is supposed to be at the store tomorrow for a visit! I'm not looking forward to her being here because I hear she is hell on wheels! I hope the hurricane makes her change her plans!

The damn eye is going to go right over our house. I've been awake all night long. Power flickered a little while ago, probably a dozen times. We managed to make a good breakfast between flickers. :9

50. Lost power just after I posted that.

I'm on battery now. I found an AOL trial disk and installed that. :)

The worst part of the eye wall has been going over us for about 30 minutes. It's almost done. I feel very safe in this house. It's just amazing! And we have glass block windows on the south side, so we're not in the dark if we stay in the kitchen and family room.

My husband will be going out to check everything as soon as the eye comes over. We have the battery TV on and can see where everything is. :)
