10. OK . . .

- 400 grams Tonno rosa "al naturale," drained and tossed in a bowl (I guess this is about two "big cans" in the US)
- About four or five tablespoons of mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip, which is what I'd use if I could but it here)
- 2 teaspoons grated onion (because this will have the onion juice in it, it will taste stronger than 1 Tablespoon finely chopped)
- 1 or 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons grated dill pickle, or sweet pickle relish to taste (can't buy that here, either. :eyes: )
- Fresh parley, finely snipped into salad with kitchen scissors, to taste
- Salt and white pepper to taste.

(Sometimes I also grate fresh baby carrots or add finely chopped Bell pepper or cucumber.)
