7. Actually, you know, it would be a good idea

to start naming tropical storms after large corporations. There's always the notion that if it develops into a particularly devastating hurricane, the corporation in question might be shamed into forking over some bucks to preserve their image. Gosh knows the U.S. government sure won't be.

Just imagine if hurricane MicroSoft had hit the Gulf of Mexico.
