Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas called today and asked if I'd be interested in interviewing for an attorney position. Legal aid is what I want to do - yahootie!! I'm venturing to downtown Dallas Tuesday morning - wish me luck!

3. I Always Liked Interviews

I never interviewed for a job that I wasn't sure I could do and do well. So for me interviews were really a chance to see if the folks on the other end were the sort I was interested in being around for a good bit of my time well into the future.

I never went to law school to make money - I went so I could help people who really need it. Disclaimer: My husband is a physician and paid my tuition, so I have no student loans and am comfortably enough off to be able to pursue this type of career. I'm very lucky.
