...also got to meet him, watch him rehearse and perform, and carried his bags to his hotel while having a nice chat...no I'm not BS'ing you.

Better yet, he even left a shirt in his dressing room...we have it at my office, along with a water bottle that Hilary Hahn left behind when she played here.

My favorite recording of his are the Bach Suites...but I Mrs. Danno and listen to his Tango album quite a bit as well, as well as his recordings with Ax and, of course, Applachian Spring.

He is as great a person as he is an artist...I could tell stories...he is just an incredibly warm, kind being.
