Or should we boycott everything conservatives do?

Bruce Willis - awesome in DEATH BECOMES HER and DIE HARD 1 & 3. A repuke.

Kelsey Grammer - appears in an episode of Star Trek TNG. He's a repuke.

Paul Darrow (UK actor) - plays a character who goes from self-serving to fighting for the greater good (a liberal trait!) he's a repuke.

I think boycotting repuke actors is as dumb as boycotting anything that has a blonde-haired or black person in it.

We talk of not discriminating in the workplace, so it must be in all things. Surely?

1. Don't forget Ahhh-nold
I'd hate to stop watching the Terminator, and Total Recall is one of my favorite movies.

But he's easy to ignore.

I still love Jimmy Stewart's work and he was as red as Mars.

5. I am quite sure that there are Republican actors who actually
have some integrity.....who are embarrassed by what their so-called leaders are doing......

I don't know which actors fit this description, but I would certainly support them......at the very least......

7. One has to separate ideology and leadership.
I know a great many Tories who are quite splendid people - they have a variety of opinions on the current (and future, given the current situation) leadership of the Tory party.

Over here - of course - we have the opposite problem, I cannot understand how any self-respecting left-winger can like that dishonourable dishonest toad who lives in Downing Street and does unmentionable things to Bush's rear-end.

8. You have to be able to separate stuff out, otherwise there's nothing you
could enjoy.

Willis is also very good in "Unbreakable" and "Sixth Sense" and "Twelve Monkeys". Good actor despite being a Repub.

I believe Clint Eastwood was Repub mayor of Carmel also, acted and directed in very many good films.

Repubs who demand ideological purity from their entertainment are closing themselves off from virtually everything good.

9. Yeah...unless they are soooo out there I can't ignore it...
I don't really care what an actor's political persuasion is when I go see a movie.

Bruce Willis especially has made some great movies...though there are so few A list Republican actors that it really isn't much of a problem!!!
