Til Thanksgiving.

I can not wait, yet I am on call that day, so I have to work. And I get to continue my family's holiday tradition.

We watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade, and as soon as Santa enters Harold Square, we start putting the Christmas tree up. And we listen to Christmas music on the old LPs while we eat Thanksgiving dinner.

I can not wait.

1. That sounds like a wonderful tradition.

My hubby and I go to his grandmother's for Thanksgiving lunch and then on to my mom's for Thanksgiving supper. It is a true day of gluttony. When we return back home, we put up our tree and drink eggnog!!

2. It's nice to spend time with Family

But this year since I have to work, we can not go anywhere. Which is fine with me. I am looking forward to Thanksgiving. I love the Holidays.

3. Since we have a new baby we are hosting this year

While that might seem to be a chore to many I see it as my chance to have the folks live in MY WORLD for a while. Oh boy are they ever going to be pissed off when THEY leave. I can't wait.
