Are there werewolves in SE Wisconsin?

I was just watching a segment on the show "Investigations of the Unexplained" on The Travel Channel, and there were eyewitnesses saying they spotted what appeared to be werewolves while driving in SE Wisconsin at night.

What do you think the creatures could've been? Werewolves? Really hairy individuals?

Mid-90's. And I don't think they were in the same area, though I could be mistaken.
