And it's painfully slow and sucky and after 10 or 20 tries you "might" get your question answered. x(
You basically email them the problem, then they send you a link which takes you to like a FAQ or something...where you probably already went if you're not a complete moran...and then when the answer's not there (because you already checked because you're not a moran) it says something like "If this didn't answer your question, please email us at ________________..." :eyes:
But hey...good luck with that! :D
