I need help trimming my bush.
Two bushes, actually. Hibiscus. I'm bringing them indoors for the winter, any tips?

And yes, I know there is a gardening forum. If I want an answer next week or next month, I'd have posted there.

Thanks in advance for any tips on bringing plants indoors!

You need to get them drunk...

And then throw beads at them before you even think of trimming that bush....

6. These are not the New Orleans variety. But, if they were, I'd have no
comment. Much like Vegas, what happens in NO, stays in NO.

28. sunlight and much less water ...
The hibiscus went dormant in my bedroom over the winter but it did live to bloom beautifully when I put both of them back outside. I was so impressed (because I'm in up-state New York) that I bought 3 more bushes which are blooming in my living room right now. I think that my bedroom hibiscus should be moved to be with the others because it is dropping too many leaves in my room which is warmer that the living room location. So keeping them cooler when they are indoors seems to be another factor.
