Does anybody else smell a rat? (again)

Bush gives a speech reminding us that terrorist are all around us and that we must remain ever wary of those evil-doers....and that same day there is a "credible" warning of a terror plot in NY. Coincidence? I don't think so! I wonder which Bushista made the call?
