For the very first time. Delicious. With some fried chicken and fresh green beans. Yummy.

4. Homemade is a completely different beast than Kraft.
Can't even compare the two...That said, the other day, I burned a pot of the Kraft variety (I was dancing with my kids and forgot about it.) This left me with an extra packet of the cheesy powder, so when I made another pot, I had two cheese packets to dump in along with the real cheese I toss in. It was the BEST mac & cheese ever! Ridiculously cheesy!:9

5. A cheep variation can be had by adding a can of tomato soup.
We used to do that in my college days. Another variation to this adds hamburger, with or without the tomato soup.

7. I always loved the mac and cheese
they made at my grade school. Stuck to the roof of my mouth like peanut butter. Yummy! Fortunately, hubby makes a knock-out home made mac and cheese!
