What are the odds of two women standing you up on one day.

Ok everyone,

I left my work, after being stood up (at least on the phone) by a woman twice, she finally decided to spend some time and told me to meet her at 5:00 at a local mall. While leaving, another girl that I was kinda thinking something was possible entered my office. I hadn't seen her in 3 months. Last time, she invited me to her home, but stood me up, later called to apologize (friend was drunk, had to drive her to a hospital, or so she claimed).

Ok, so this latter girl invites me to her place. Says she's got nothing to do (cue...DING! She's looking for a play partner...aha!), so I'm like, "sure, I'll come see you at 8:30. I got some things to do earlier).

so, I go meet the original date. She stands me up. Waited an hour and half for her to show up, never did. Phuck her. Tommorow I'm sure she'll come sheepishly into my office to apologize, and I'm gonna let her have it. I'm gonna enjoy it too.

But then, I leave at 8:00 to this other girl's house, and she's not there either. Her car's out front, but doesn't answer windows, door, nothing.

STOOD UP TWICE.

Needless to say, I got to my car and drove home. I was PISSED.

Anyway, just had to let it out.

I'd think this sort of thing is rather unusual.....but I've been out of the dating scene for so long, that I don't really know....

But anyway, at least you know you will not be going out with them...

Time to look for someone new and hopefully trustworthy....

it's not like I'm the repeat offender type. I feel bad for those type of guys who get attached and continue.

But still, two stand ups in one day. That's harsh.

I'm sure they'll have legitimate excuses as they're not bad girls to begin with, but I'm in no mood to here them. ONe of them should come and try to apologize today in the morning. I'm looking forward to that.

I don't think so, they're different ages and one of them I hadn't seen in 3 months, so the other couldn't have known about her.

Still, I never declared to anyone of them that I was dating, so if they did know each other, I'll just tell them I was simply going out to shop and then visit a friend.
