A friend of mine was killed today in a car wreck. She was a single mom with a 14 year old son.

Please, please, keep this child in your thoughts, prayers while he is recovering from having his entire world shattered.

That's such a tough age to suffer a loss like that - any age is a tough one to suffer such a loss but those early teen years! There's so many changes going on anyway, so much disruption in their lives that to have to deal with such a thing on top of it - my heart just bleeds.
