I have a huge purring cat in my lap
and she is refusing to leave. Does this mean I have an excuse to not go to work?

4. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) once cut off his sleeve
So as not to disturb his sleeping cat when he had to say prayers. I think you shouldn't disturb your purring cat at all!

9. In our house, having a huge purring cat on your lap is an
excuse to not do anything.

The rest of us will wait hand and food on the person with the cat in the lap.

None of us want to disturb our purry babies.
