Yes, I'm notorious for excessive buildup, but I just ended pushing and packing some in the other day and have been half deaf since. I bought some Murine stuff today with a squirt thingy but it wasn't doing shit, 50/50 water/peroxide wasn't doing anything either - so it was repeated doses of pure peroxide followed up with warm water flushes that got it out.
