Irreverent jokes in Stephen King's writing.
He has a sick sense of humor and I love it. I wish I had about 2 weeks off starting right now, just so I can curl up under the covers and read Dreamcatcher and some of his other fine works again.

I love how he describes the characters' though processes. If you read The Shining, you know what I mean. Jack Torrence was one sick mo' fo' and his extreme anger had a comedic bent to it.
