Bow Tie can ask some stupid fucking questions about these storms.
Was he not just in N.O.?

Does he really think that anywhere Police will respond to calls in a Cat 3 hurricane? Shit, last year in Orlando the police wouldn't respond during the worst part of the storms, and by the time they hit here the highest we got was Cat 2, maybe low cat 3 with the higher gusts.
