Mmmm...sizzling sirloin steak on the grill and grilled corn on the cob
Does it get any better?

Well, actually, yes it does, it could be a ribeye or tbone or porterhouse, but still, it's pretty fucking good.

And I got the steak just the right kind of high heat sizzling!

YUM!!

1. Of course it gets better
Cooler full of cold beer.
Or in your case, an apple martini.

:hi:

7. No, I don't marinate very often
Just slather some olive oil on it, maybe sprinkle some salt, sometimes put a shitload of pepper on 'em, and toss 'em on the grill.

Put a pat of butter on it when served, and voila - yum!

8. I prefer the sirloin over the ribeye
But I'll take a t-bone over either one of them any day.

9. There is something very special about the sirloin
especially a good one!

The sirloin was long my favorite, but then when I started earning more and could afford more expensive cuts, I became a HUGE fan of the ribeye!

Though mostly I still buy the cheaper sirloin, unless the better cuts are on sale. I love the chewier texture of the sirloin that's chewy but never tough or bad chewy.

I had a porterhouse once that, while it was incredibly good, was also so incredibly tendered I practically inhaled - it required so little chewing, and tasted so damn good, that I had it gone in a couple minutes, no lie. I started in on it, and then, WHAM!, it was just gone.

Goddamn, that was a good steak.

10. I will have to try a porterhouse
I don't think I've ever had one. They don't have them at the local steak house.

14. I just had New York Strips on the grill
Sauteed shrooms, brussel sprouts with cheese sauce.

Med rare with a large glass of cold milk. Blessed by the gifts of the bovine.
