I am tired, but I have to stay up and bake a peach cobbler
My son went and got the peaches and asked me to make one for him..They were too "not ready" yesterday, but they are just right, so I guess I'll be baking for a while..

It will be the first time I bake anything in my new oven ..

except if you are in So Cal, it's not as late as here on the East Coast!

Enjoy christening your new oven. Can't think of a nicer thing to be baking!

2. The only thing better than late-night baking...
is lying in bed while someone else is doing the baking. :)

6. I discovered that he had drunk all the milk, so I had to wait
til this am.. First thing I baked in my brand new oven/stove....a few pics.. The rest of the kitchen is yet to be remodeled, but i was tired of waiting so I went ahead and bought my stove, refrig & microwave anyway..:)

8. Just peel them, and slice them, slap some sugar on them
then throw them in a pan with some bisquick stuff on top...and some butter.

Or if you do it the hard way, could you send some (Overnight delivery please) to NC?
