Anyone rehab an MCL knee injury?
I re-injured my MCL on Sunday and am on crutches. I think I may be able to walk perhaps this weekend. This time I want to really work on the rehab so it heals right. Any recommendations on Braces and exercises to get things back to 100%?

Thanks

1. Yeah, I do.
I have had the same injury. DO NOT push walking, at all. Ease back into. I know crutches are pain in the ass, but just deal with because if you tear the damned thing, then you'll be crying. Just gingerly walk on it at first and try not to limp because that will hurt the other leg. Get a rehab rubberband and tie to a leg of your table or something and begin doing light leg extentions. Also, stretch your hamstring and quads, then begin to stregthen the calf, hamstring and quands that will help prevent reinjury.
